Clinical Supervision
Joanna Colrain has been providing supervision to psychologists, social workers, counselors and students since 1985. She is listed on the Registry of Certified Supervisors (approved by the Licensed Professional Counselors Association of Georgia) and the National Registry of Certified Group Psychotherapists (Clinical Member of the American Group Psychotherapy Association).
Joanna Colrain conducts monthly clinical supervision groups.
At present, she has a Thursday morning group, a Friday morning group, and a Friday afternoon group. Each group varies in the level of experience and work settings among the members. A minimum commitment of one year is required.
These groups are open to licensed therapists who are seeking support and guidance, clinical integrity, and growth of professionalism. Please call for more information or to schedule an interview if you are interested in joining a supervision group.
Joanna emphasizes mindful presence and use of self, with special attention to collaborative process, empowerment, and self-care issues. The format of the group will combine experiential and didactic approaches to addressing case material that each member brings to group. In addition, Joanna specializes in theoretical and practical guidelines for the treatment of dissociative disorders and borderline personality structures.

Joanna also provides on-going individual supervision and one-time case consultations.
